Your grocery list can be a blueprint for a greener life if you simply strive to Eat Well. Buy less, but buy better. Start by learning where your food comes from and how it was grown, processed, packaged, and transported. The green goal is to “eat low on the food chain,” to make fresh, minimally processed plant-based foods from your own region the cornerstone of your diet.
