PRIMUS ETAEXPRESS STOVE

Cook Fast, Burn Less

StoveRoald Amundsen carried a Primus stove when he reached the South Pole in 1911. In 1953, Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay, the first to summit Everest, relied on one. Last year the 110-year-old Swedish company debuted their lightweight, fuel-efficient Primus EtaExpress stove. It weighs just 2.9 ounces and can generate 8,900 Btu per hour. A tight windscreen and pot with built-in heat exchanger mean one canister of fuel lasts up to twice as long as with a traditional stove.
